General situation
The Alpine region remains under the influence of a north-westerly upper-level flow.
The afternoon will start off very sunny, but clouds will gradually roll in from the north. In the evening, the weather on the main ridge will become slightly changeable, and a few raindrops may fall elsewhere during the night. In the north, the Föhn will continue to blow.
Temperatures will remain typical of high summer, reaching 26° in the Wipptal and 33° in the Unterland.

Moist air masses are carried in by the north-westerly upper-level flow.
In the southern parts of the region, it is quite sunny with high clouds. Further north, there are more clouds, and the weather is changeable in places, particularly along the main Alpine ridge. The north foehn is blowing strongly in places.
Temperatures will reach a maximum of 24° in Sterzing and 31° in Bozen.

On Tuesday, the sun will often shine through passing patches of high cloud.
On Wednesday, too, there will be some high, thin clouds, but plenty of sunshine.
Thursday will bring very sunny weather. Temperatures will rise a little further.
Friday will also bring plenty of sunshine in the first half of the day, though a few thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon.
